Victor Ospina, a prominent Colombian visual artist born in Quindío in 1992, has explored the complexities of the human condition throughout his career. With a university education in Pedagogy, Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Arts, Ospina excels in artistic currents such as abstract, conceptual, and expressionist art, mastering a variety of techniques including painting, sculpture, digital painting, and installation. His work has been exhibited internationally in solo and group exhibitions in Switzerland, France, Poland, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador, receiving recognitions such as the Germán Saldarriaga del Valle Award, which distinguishes him as one of Colombia’s top teachers, and the First Place in the XIX Quindian Artists Salon, among others. Currently based in Washington, United States, Victor Ospina continues to consolidate his position as one of the most outstanding Colombian artists, captivating global audiences with his evocative work.
